The facilities for children were exceptional, but we

found some areas could use improvement, especially concerning the restaurant service. The overall cleanliness of the hotel impressed us greatly, and the staff's friendliness added a personal touch to our stay. The children loved the splash park, though it felt geared more for younger kids.

The check-in process could use some serious speed-ups!!! I experienced air conditioning issues and the maintenance was disappointingly slow!!! WiFi connectivity was a joke — barely usable!!!

this hotel was amazin for my family! the kids had a blast at the pools and the splash park was so much fun. staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was really good, especially the seafood in the main restaurant. the room was spacious and comfy with a double balcony, and we loved the adult-only rooftop area too. great location close to the beach!

i almost thought this woudl be a nice stay, until my so-called 'sea view' room was anything but. i was just given some random note with another guest's name, how tacky. And don’t even get me started on the noisy restaurant. its impossible to enjoy a meal. i expected to be treated like royalty, but clearly, that wasn’t happening.

Had a proper boss time. The pools were fantastic, especially the kids' area, and the staff made us feel right at home. Only downside was needing to book spa treatments a day ahead. everything was spot on!

The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed, providing a stunning ambiance. The breakfast selection was extensive and enjoyable, which kept our family happy every morning. We loved the pool view from our Senior Suite. it was a relaxing sight that made our stay even better. The availability of sun beds by the pools was another highlight, making it easy to unwind with the kids.

The check-in process was noticeably slow, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Can just recommend for a quick trip

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, with the pools and waterpark offering fun for the kids and always having available sun loungers for relaxation in the sun.

The pools are amazing, especially the aqua park and great for all ages. Loved our comfy room with two bathrooms!

amazing nearby attractions for walking and exploring parks

during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from Playa Del Duque, perfect for a relaxing stroll along the beach, and exploring El Duque Castle, which was a quick and easy walk that offered stunning views and history.

this was our second stay, and it exceeded expectations! the kids had an absolute blast enjoying the family pools and splash park, while the food was an exceptional treat with a stunning breakfast buffet. the staff was incredibly attentive, especially at the busy adult pool areas.
